Connect the new game to the same Facebook account you used for the first device, and the game progress of the first device will be transferred to the new one.
Please note that you must have the same game version on both devices. Both devices should meet the minimum gaming requirements.

1. Install the game from the App Store or Google Play on the new device.
2. Connect the newly installed game to the same Facebook account you used for the old device.
3. Choose the option "iCloud Data" on the data sync window.
4. Type "OK" to confirm your choice.
